- Our firm assisted an international corporation in determining that employee theft was responsible for inventory shortages and loss of critical information. A security program was designed to reduce further losses. Through a discreet investigation we determined the parties responsible, obtained evidence that resulted in the recovery of stolen materials and located offshore assets. We also assisted the company in instituting an insurance claim for recovery.
- An attorney in the USA representing an Eastern European businessman retained our firm to assist him in determining the status of his clients assets and funds seized by European authorities. Our investigation determined that officials from three European countries were involved. Through our efforts we were able to resolve the issues and expedite the return of his assets.
- We assisted an international company in determining that company personnel were illegally diverting funds to a Caribbean bank. Our investigation revealed that this was part of a complex kickback and money-laundering scheme involving elements of Eastern European organized criminals who were using the clients company, personnel and facilities to for their own ends. This exposed the company potential criminal and civil actions. Evidence was obtained enabling our client to take immediate action to protect his interests, begin asset recovery efforts and assist the law enforcement authorities.
